Liquid Laundry Soap
Ingredients:
7 litres water
a 5 ounce bar of soap (Dr Bronners Castile soap is my favourite)
1/2 cup borax
1/2 cup washing soda
20 drops essential oil (lemon or lavender for a light scent, Purification to get out the FUNKy smell)
Add 1 litre boiling water and grated soap in a large pail, mix until soap is dissolved. Pour 6 litres of hot water, borax, and washing soda in the pail. Stir until dissolved. Add essential oils. Soap will gel as it cools. For hard water, add more washing soda. Use 1/2 cup per full load.

Foaming Hand Soap:
Ingredients:
- castile soap
- water
- foaming soap dispenser (empty bath & body works bottle works well)
- 3-4 drops Young Living Essential Oils
Place 2 tbsp castile soap in the bottom of your bottle, add 2-3 drops of Essential Oils. In our house we use Thieves during cold and flu season for its immune boosting abilities! The rest of the year we have some variety of citrus, lemon, lime, grapefruit or orange. Fill to the top with water... it is that simple.
If you wanted to make it more moisturizing you can add a tsp of V6 (Young Living's own blend of carrier oil) or some other oil that is organic and cold pressed.
